How we look after the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you book or visit, we collect your name, phone number and email. We also collect details about your skin, allergies or health that we need to treat you safely, and your appointment history.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we keep those conversations so we can help you.
We only take before and after photos if you say yes. We only share them if you say yes to that too.
How we use it
- To book and remind you about appointments
- To make sure your treatment is safe for you
- To keep our records in order
- To send you updates or offers, but only if you’ve agreed. You can opt out anytime.
Who sees it
Our team and the booking system we use to run the spa. We don’t sell your information, and we only share it when the law requires us to.
Keeping it safe
Your records are stored securely, and only our team can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep your records for five years after your last visit. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, and a photo comes down as soon as you withdraw your consent.
Your choices

We reply within 7 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
On this website
We count which pages are visited, without your name, number or anything about your skin. While you book, your browser keeps your details for that tab so a reload doesn’t lose them; they are cleared when you close it.
